At RILO's sole discretion, any claim or dispute arising out of the Site or these Terms that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association in Houston, Texas. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting updated Terms on the Site. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance. We may suspend or terminate the Site or your access at any time without notice.

15. Severability

If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force.
